Strength & Conditioning

Raw Fitness & Sports Training offers Semi-Private Strength Training sessions. We have a team of highly qualified Personal Trainers, Exercise Physiologists and Strength & Conditioning coaches.

We offer individualized exercise prescription in a small group setting. All clients receive an initial Musculoskeletal Assessment followed by specific block programming.

Our programming caters for beginners to advanced lifters and EVERY client starts with foundation-based movements prior to progressions and load.
