“Where do I start, I have entrusted so many people with my body over the years hoping to get rid of injury and chronic pain that began when I was 15, but to also be able to exercise and get fit and pain free. RAWFAST and Jemma have been my miracle answer as I am more flexible (yes I can touch my toes, I couldn’t do that even as a kid) and my back pain, neck pain etc is largely gone and it was chronic.
